Bookings & Deposits
Submitting a booking request through ALL THE PARTIES 360 Booth Co. does not guarantee a reservation until we confirm your date and you complete the required deposit. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date and is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due as agreed prior to or at the time of your event.
Minimum Rental
A minimum two-hour rental applies to all bookings. Corporate and large-scale events are quoted based on scope, venue, and duration.
Setup & Power
The client agrees to provide a power source within 25 feet of the booth setup area and adequate space for safe operation. Our team handles delivery, setup, operation, and teardown.
Cancellations & Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible to reschedule to an available date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit all amounts paid.
Liability
ALL THE PARTIES 360 Booth Co. is not liable for lost, damaged, or undelivered digital files after they have been shared with the client or guests. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control, including venue power failures or weather.
